Returns & Exchanges
Weren't you satisfied with your purchase at Alleviare? Do not worry! We are here to help you. Send us an email to: info@alleviare.pe detailing the product with which you are not satisfied, indicating the reason for the change and / or return, and attaching the electronic payment receipt to be able to validate the information.
Remember that you can make changes and / or returns under the following conditions:
- Changes and / or returns can be made within a maximum period of four calendar days after receiving / collecting the order.
- The product must be in perfect condition and must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, keeping the original packaging and the respective labels. It should not show signs of wear or imperfections; otherwise, the exchange and / or return request will be rejected.
- It is necessary to present proof of payment (ticket or invoice) that certifies the purchase made.
- Purchases made in the SALE section, and / or with some type of promotion / discount, may NOT be subject to changes or returns.
After having reviewed the exchange and / or return request, we will contact you to give you the instructions with the steps to follow to make your request valid.
* Remember that, in the case of returns : If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the total value of the returned garment, plus not for the shipping cost, this will be borne by the customer.
